Pick bodies are predominantly found in the cortical regions of the brain, particularly in the frontal and temporal lobes. These regions are critical for cognitive functions such as decision-making, personality, and language, which correlates with the clinical manifestations of Pickâs disease. Occasionally, Pick bodies can also be observed in the hippocampus and other subcortical structures.
