- Psoriasis: A condition characterized by hyperproliferation of keratinocytes, leading to thickened, scaly patches on the skin. - Eczema: Inflammatory condition often associated with dysfunctional keratinocytes and impaired barrier function. - Squamous Cell Carcinoma: A type of skin cancer originating from keratinocytes in the epidermis. - Ichthyosis: A group of genetic disorders causing excessive keratinization, resulting in thick, scaly skin.
