Complement receptors are ubiquitously expressed on cells involved in the immune response. This includes leukocytes such as macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells. Additionally, they are found on B cells, some T cells, and even on non-immune cells such as endothelial cells and fibroblasts. The presence of CRs on these cells allows them to effectively respond to and clear infections.
