What is MDS with Multilineage Dysplasia (MDS-MLD)?
Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) with Multilineage Dysplasia (MLD) is a subtype of MDS characterized by dysplasia in two or more of the myeloid cell lines: erythroid, granulocytic, and megakaryocytic lineages. This condition is part of a group of hematopoietic stem cell disorders that lead to ineffective hematopoiesis and peripheral blood cytopenias.
