Although grading systems vary, they generally fall into the following categories:
Grade 1 (Low Grade): Well-differentiated, cells look more like normal tissue. Grade 2 (Intermediate Grade): Moderately differentiated, cells look somewhat abnormal. Grade 3 (High Grade): Poorly differentiated, cells look very different from normal tissue. Grade 4 (High Grade): Undifferentiated, cells do not resemble normal tissue at all.
