Density Gradient Centrifugation: Cells are separated based on their density by spinning them in a centrifuge. This method is relatively simple but less specific than FACS or MACS. Microfluidics: This emerging technology uses micro-scale channels to sort cells based on their physical and chemical properties. It offers precise control and can be integrated with other analytical techniques.
