What are the Challenges in Histology?

Despite its importance, histology faces several challenges. One major challenge is the interpretation of histological images, which requires significant expertise and can be subjective. The preparation of high-quality samples is also complex and time-consuming. Furthermore, there is a need for advanced techniques to study live tissues and dynamic processes, as traditional histology only provides static snapshots. Technological advancements like digital pathology and automated image analysis are helping to address some of these challenges.
