Core Sampling Bias: The small size of the tissue cores may not represent the entire tissue heterogeneity. Technical Challenges: Precise alignment and placement of cores require specialized equipment and expertise. Data Interpretation: Requires careful analysis to ensure that findings are representative and not artifacts of the array design.
