Despite its advantages, PGT has some limitations and risks:
It does not guarantee a successful pregnancy or the birth of a healthy baby. There is a small risk of damage to the embryo during the biopsy process. PGT can be expensive and may not be covered by insurance. It requires specialized laboratory facilities and expertise.
