What are the Histological Features of Antoni B Tissue?
Histologically, Antoni B areas contain loosely arranged spindle cells within a myxoid stroma. These regions often have cystic changes, microcyst formation, and a vacuolated appearance. The cells in Antoni B areas may be more pleomorphic compared to those in Antoni A areas, and they often contain fewer Verocay bodies.
